The CID today informed Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris that they have concluded the investigations on the case against popular tele-drama actress Aksha Sudari on alleged criminal breach of trust.
They informed court that the documents were sent to the Attorney General to obtain his advice over the case.
The actress had allegedly had an affair with an Indian and had fraudulently obtained a sum of Rs 142 million from him.
The case was fixed for December 8.
