That's why they say, they have to tip a cop, even they don't like that.In other countries, they don't take your license into their custody. They issue you a ticket, so that you can pay from any bank.In that way, people get promoted to follow the proper procedure.I assume, by the current method, government is losing many millions of income per month through motor traffic offenses</blockquote>
