Don't you think you are being discriminative to people outside Colombo?I myself was born and raised in Colombo. And I also attended a leading school in Colombo. But most of the better teachers I knew were from outside Colombo. Because Colombo covers only a small part of the country. So geography is not a factor. Further more I like the humble ways, traditional values and Srilankan prestige radiating from outside Colombo. And you said you have enough things to show and flaunt around calling others godaya. I really doubt that. Because a real person with prestige and tradition usually wouldn't be this narrow minded. Even though in your perspective I have many things to flaunt around about being posh Colombo citizen, I like to see myself as a humble godaya rather than calling others godaya. Food your thoughts.
