The game that started at around 3pm ended at around 6pm The two teams played extremely well and at the end of full time both teams had scored 2 goals each forcing the game into extra time. Although extra time was given no goals were scored by the end of the extra time due to which the game was pushed into a penalty shootout. The penalty shootout also ended in a tie with both teams scoring 3 goals each.It was then decided by the two teams that the championship be shared among them hence Royal and STC were declared joint Champions<a href="http://www.stcmount.sch.lk" target="_blank">-STC Website</a></blockquote>
