Law 30 : Bowled
If a bowler's delivery hits the stumps and a bail is completely removed from the top of the stumps, the striker (the batsman facing the bowler) is out. The ball can either have struck the stumps directly, or have been deflected off the bat or body of the batsman.
However, the batsman is not bowled out if the ball is touched by a fielder or the umpire before hitting the stumps.

Level 2
The Offences set out below are Level 2 Offences. The Penalty for a Level 2 Offence shall be a fine of the equivalent of between 50% of the Player or Official’s match fee up to their full match fee and/or a 1 Test Match or 2 ODI Match ban
2.10 Any attempt to manipulate a match in regard to the result, net run rate, bonus points or otherwise. The Captain of any team guilty of such conduct shall be held responsible.
