Sarath Fonseka is planning to take legal action against a newspaper for misquoting him with regard to a statement on alleged war crimes involving Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Maj. Gen. Savendra Silva. His co-media spokesman MP Anura Kumara Dissanayake told a news conference yesterday that legal experts were being consulted to seek the possibility of taking legal action against the newspaper.
“That process is now going on,” he said.
