This charge is under MILITARY decipline. so this charge can be due to a simple charge like not saliuting a higher rank. Where is a charge of a RAPE?? u kno i ws also goin to vote Mahinda bcoz of SF's unworthy chage against Gota. But with MUD like these I dnt kno wt 2 do.
