POOR SRILANKA

the reason it was not given for public use was that it was used for military operations...like guiding the unarmed air crafts.....and navigating for sri lankan subs and boats....ect etc.....and they feared if it was known the LTTE would hack into it....

sri lanka is not as poor as you think.....don't judge a book by the cover.....the sri lanka you think you know....is very different and more advanced than you think....believe you me....
