Also in the side plate we included the argument of such a case will create a rift between the non-smoking the the smoking crowd which will hinder the business financially as well as sociologically !!"SO, we won the case and was ordered by the load magistrate to incert a proper ventilations system ( and to be approved by the health ministery) and pay compensation for the fired employees.NOW. WE SMOKE INSIDE THE OFFICE !!! and we have TWO CLEAR CLAUSES in our job offering letter that people will SMOKE and you cannot sue us for itlolz lolz lolz....</blockquote>
