Nice article. These things are 100% correct. We have enforced laws to protect the children nowadays but actually what happens is children get misguided and become antisocial. From the beginning, there must be a strict control on children and also we have to understand what the mind of the children is. Even in Sri Lanka, now new laws have been enforced and they will surly be a downfall of the behavior of children and teens soon
