Why are people saying such things about wages, and believe me, if you simply focus on the money, you will gain nothing because, at the end of the day, it is about hard work, dedication, talent, and self-studying/practicing best techniques. Even Serge Global will not pay 5 lakhs for a TL. I'm also an IT manager with almost a decade of experience in the industry. One of my cousins works as a solution architect for a Dubai-based IT firm. Don't let others to fool you. I even forwarded this message to a friend who working as a TL for a UK based well reputed company which located in sri lanka, he said "kawuda bn ohoma denne freshek ta pissuda"</p></blockquote><p></p>
