As I said normally fresh graduate hired as a training software engineer if he/she have already completed his/her intern period. Then after 0.5-1 years he/she will be promoted to Associate software engineer. Then again after 0.5-1 year he/she will be promoted to the SE position (normally for a SE, requires 2 years of experience in industry). That is why I said for a SSE it should multiply by 3-4x times comparing with training software engineering salary since he/she is a fresh graduate. Guys. I think I don't know what's you're talking about.
