You said you can't sms from Dialog or Mobitel right, mostly its a sim without international connection enabled. Some countries has such packages. They charge different amounts to send and receive SMS from both locally and internationally.

uninstall remove registry keys and reinstall and register for a new account from software

No aiya this is the problem i have. you correct. from that software we can make free call selected countries. but free calls limit to 2,5 or 10 minutes one time. so i will have to create lot new accounts. thanks Dear GTRZ.
