SERIOUS problem... Plz help

Machan mama ada Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 install kera. After that both Firefox and Chrome are not working (connect wenne na).

"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at........" kiyalai watenne..

But KIS disable kerama Firefox and Chrome dekama elakiri wage weda!

Google eke search kerath good result ekak hambune na.

What should I do?

KIS Firewall eke aulakda?

me methoud eka try karala oyage browser 2 add karanna,..

1. Open the Kapersky application settings window.
2. In the left side of window click on the "Threats and Exclusions" option.
3. Click the Settings button in the Exclusions section.
4. In the window that will open, click on Trusted Applications tab and then click the Add Button.
5. Select an application "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.EXE" from the menu that will open.
6. In the Exclusions for application window that will open specify the application rule settings.
Put tick mark against to "Do not monitor application activity" and "Do not scan network traffic".
7. Click OK->OK->Apply->OK

Yes machan. Firefox and Chrome are working alright. But now I can't update windows. error code 80072EFD. (windows 7). and also i can't download from IDM. internet connection ekak detect kare na kiyanawa.

giyama check the box Enable password protection.kiyana eka oyage tick welada thiyenne ??????ahema nam eka untick karala.ara kalin kiwwa Parental Control eka disable karanna balanna.....ehakota password ekak ahana ekak na.....eta passe balanna oyage lade harida kiyala......

මටත් ඔය අවුල ආවා web anti virus එක high කරලා. ඒක default කරහම හරි ගියා.

recommended level eke thama thiyenne. I didn't change that in the first place.
