Several roads in Colombo closed for SLFP convention

Several roads in Colombo city will be closed for the annual convention of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) scheduled to be held at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Police sources said.

According to the Police, obstructions are expected on several roads leading to the stadium on Kettarama Road in Maligawatta. The public ise informed to use alternative routes to avoid inconveniences, said the Police.

The public is also requested to consult the police on alternative routes during these hours, a release said.
