NIC found of the Suicide Terrorists
THE CRIMINAL Investigation Department yesterday called for public assistance to help identify the severed head of an unidentified male allegedly from the LTTE suicide cadre. A National Identity Card was also found at the scene.
The CID found the allegedly forged NIC which is believed to belong to the suicide cadre with the name Vellathambi Mohamed Amith and bearing the number (862763479V). The victim was a student and resident of Piranturechchenei, Valaichchenai according to the NIC found.

Neither the head nor the NIC found near the Kanthi Ground in Weliweriya has been identified yet and the CID request the public to provide any information to the authorities on the hotlines 2320141, 2320145 or (Fax) 2380380. K.K.
