I did some purchasing in last December during the promotion and so far has not got the refund. I called them 3-4 times in Januarry, February, March and they said that it will be given in the "next" statement. When it did not appear in last statement, I called again and they say it is not valid for Freedom card. It is unfair to say it now when I have trusted them and made purchases expecting a refund. Their initial advertising said nothing like this. They are advertising it this season also and the same thing will happen. This is not the standard people expect from a reputed bank. This is the way cheap scammers operate. I want to know how many others got cheated like this. I am in the process of making a complain to CPA.But don't get caught this time!</blockquote>
