And they need time to design new signatures too. In new version signatures may appear different so its easy to ask all to change signatures at once.By the way even now you can disable other peoples signatures loading when you browse the forum. So you can see fast loading forum without any signatures. Even you can disable posted images in the threads too. If you like.
