Don't insult the institutes without knowing the real situation. IIT also a good institute. If you have the talent you can proceed with the career.Some leading software companies there are many people, they don't have a degree.Only have a professional qualification like BCS.But they are at higher positions due to their talent and dedication.Other thing is, as my experience real talented people(it can be Mora,Pera or UCSC) don't insult other people. They respect other people. The people who met me at the industry was like that.Finally i don't like to waste my time to quarrel on such a silly topic. But i noticed this thread from start to end. Many people are talking out of the thread's topic and trying to insult others. So don't behave like that. Behave as a real IT professional. Other thing is the people who done revolution in the world are not graduates. Best living example is "Bill Gates".</blockquote>
