It takes away their livelihoods. But in some cases (such as Daddy on EK) you get to hear some songs and clips, see some videos then when full albums are released it gives you the opportunity to give something back to the artist by buying the full priced cd (which i did @ torana). Many bands that i now like i have initially heard their music on xbox or playstation games so i believe there are many platforms for you to be introduced to various bands but then you should go out and buy the cd's to put a little in the pocket of the artists who've worked hard to bring you such good music.Good point ne?</blockquote>
