Should we identify major roads towards Colombo (eg: Highlevel road) and prevent installation of non-essential services like clothing stalls along the identified main roads in view of minimizing traffic jam
Non essential services may be allowed to be implemented along sub-ways only
The need for this was highlighted by a new traffic jam created in Nugegoda along the highlevel road following installation of new clothing stalls
