    visa masa 8n 8 ta denne kiwwa.

    AFAIK, if you are a full time student then you can work upto 16 hrs a week. But there's a list of recognised institutions. NOT every shoddy joint.
    Conditions in Singapore has changed a lot now.

    to become a parttime student, you need to have an existing job (at least the offer). without that, you cannot get a part-time student visa. basically there is not a part-time student visa as I know and you are using the visa from the work to study part-time. (most of our friends did MSc as a part-timer while doing the full-time job)

    if you are going fulltime, in some recognized placed you can work a bit (like 20h or 16h). but that is not so much compared to costs. and the other places, you are not allowed to work at all.
