Sinhala Unicode for Service Pack 3

Hi ..

Need some help to install Sinhala Unicode on SP 3. I searched the net, downloaded many exes but nothing works, including the set up files located here;

If anybody knows how to get it running on XP SP 3 please let me know.
The tamil part works fine ... but can't view any shinhala fonts ...
