Sir Lanka traffic violations and rate drivers

Hello everyone,
I developed a simple application to rate Sri Lankan drivers. Nothing fancy, just post your experiences on the road(good or bad).
Based on the likes and dislikes, rating for each driver will be calculated. Please feel free to let me know your feedback. In the long run I'm hoping to develop this further. I have added a couple of Google ads there just to try n cover up the hosting cost.
