Well they might not did that on purpose, might be a fault in Lanka Bell, but if u can prove that it was out of oder in a large area that will be a problem....

no 1 was able to vote him via sms.....vth a gr8 difficulty I was able to send him 1 frm mobitel....bt 1 had 2 dialog connections n failed to send a single sms...[i tried bout 100 tyms n ws able to send 2 bt yet itz not deliverd..]
bt 4 pradeep there was no difficulty in sending...n also a "thank u" sms was received frm 7788...

Machang That's not possible ne....
Both use the same number ne. So how can you filter it like that.... That doesn't make any sense... If you have to use 7788 for Pradeep and 7789 for Surendra, then they can block tha 7789 port. But when you use the same port, how will could they block some messages like that,
Absurd machang.. Just satisfy with the result. and that's it!
