There are lot of money leaking, money grabbing, mind tricking and cheating issues in Sri Lanka.. LOTS AND LOTS ...
Machan I cant agree with u. this STV<space>DG<your name><space>...... this is here bcuz they have to get separate words and they have to clarify the msg and so on and if ur SMS got disqualified it is bcuz of our mistake But i must say the charges r for this port are way too high

What u said is true mate. SMSC is operater centric. No operator can use any other operators SMSC. Sirasa has its own recieving system which recieves a cumilated summary of SMS'es sent from each operator.
