Let's take another example, now everyone has smartphones right? How many of them actually know the functionalities of the device and using it can use to facebook! is not the answer though.

The cost is higher than the normal price range , with all the value added taxes people hardly manage their cost of living and buying from a vending machine will add more cost for the little little things even though it will be easy & you will have access 24X7 and then again maintaining such machines will be difficult too in a country like SL at the moment may be?
