Mr. Rohana Hettiaarachchi with the People’s Action For Free and Fair  Elections (PAAFREL) said the party office belonging to Nimal Peiris from  the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) was extensively damaged in  the attack that took place around 8.00 pm on Friday. The six persons who were injured in the attack were later treated at the  local hospital, he said.
