    download following image from www.aba.lk
    and open it with Ms paint.
    Finally save it as a different name or in a different loactin and compare it with original file.

    This is because Paint defaults to 75% quality I think. 100% quality JPGs are very large. 85-90% ones give the best quality/size ration in my opinion.
