NZ have more chances i guess so.These days Finland Sweden Germany hire lot of IT guys through linkedin , glassdoor , stackoverflow web sites . for my personal experience almost 10-15 guys came past 3 months to above mentioned countries within 2 months visa process . Only thing you need be a pro active and talkative person in interviews rather always forces on tech related stuff .  Even in tech just tell what you really done in the domain do not LIE . Do the practical test well that is it .You need to apply 5-6 jobs every day different countries what suits you or at least 50% cover your related tech area (luck by chance )</blockquote>
