skin issue with dog

could any vet in forum help with this issue one of dog has severe skin condition
i can't post images here.i will pm if any one is willing to help me. i can't carry dog to vet as it is really difficult please let me know what is injection need to be given . i will send photos.

make the doctor to visit there.if not injections are cannot given without weeing the dog to diagnose the illness correctly
