I believe this happens mostly because of the lack of cooperation from Middle East authorities rather than ours, do we know that any action has taken against these employers? Their govts. can blacklist employers who ill treat their workers impose fines etc. are these kind of measures already taken to assure worker safety?Well I wouldn't expect they will secure a workers rights when they simply cannot even secure their own women rights <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/rolleyes.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":rolleyes:" title="Rolleyes    :rolleyes:" data-shortname=":rolleyes:" /> but one thing can be done from our side is to have a condition that if a worker returns to SL under these conditions the Agency who send him must also pay compensation to the worker, that way next time these agencies will take extra effort to send people only to those employers whose record is good!</blockquote>
