Having being with Chelsea  from an early age, Nicky  has made his way through the younger age  groups and is now considered a  part of the under 18.However due to the abundance of talent in  the central midfield area,  Nicky regularly a central midfielder has had  to play more in a right  back role. He has also being tested out on the  right side of the  midfield.Despite Nicky's decent skills and  ability, the changing of his position  seems like a move to accomodate  him rather than his ability to play  better in the new positions.
