SL TELECOM ADSL 1000 PKG - MODEM

Do any one have a similar experince? I got this SL TELECOM ADSL 1000 Package and the modem that they give is ZXDSL 852 USB modem and this tiny modem gives me trouble this is my second modem ( Luckily they replace it ) any one has similar problem?

I have da same modem also....but dont have any trble .......... i use home unlimited pckg.........but same modem

Any way they have already installed my 2nd modem (I have another 1 year warrent period ) PM me if you have any contacts who could come and configure ADSL

the new ZXDSL 852 usb modem is not a good modem i have the same trouble modem not detected am i correct

yes but when they install the new modem its working so most probably the prob is a hardware failure,

Thats the thing Yellow Icon on the taskbar and when you try to connect 692 hardware failure

Did you configure the router ( I'm using the 1GB package ) if so can you pls let me know how to configure it

I too use the same modem, 24 hour online, no problem, if there's a problem open its control panel, stop and start again, if that doesnt work uninstall and reinstall driver.
Yako thota pissuda 1000 pkg eka gatte, man line eka ganna telecom(Kurunegala) giya welawe ekek evith hitiya uuta bila evith 35000 k, u oya pkg eka aran eka minimize karan net gihin browser eka minimize karan indala.
Paw wede. Oka 30th walata kalin home express ekata maaru karagan.

I have net connection @ office machan, don't browse that much @ home anyway
