Slow Download Speed

hey guys from day b4 yesterday i got very slow download speeds from rapidshare but not from da others.but 2day all other downloads are also has got slowed.direct links also has gone slow.is dere z ny prob wit my operating system.usually i got abt 57-62 kbps but nw its no mor dan 25kbps.what can i do 4 dis.im using slt adsl home xpress.my speed net results r below

this ws my previous results also.so i dnt find ny result change
& browsing speed also hasnt got slowed.only da download speed

MEYBE VIRUS, MACHAN DID YOU INSTALLED ANY PROGRAMES?

MATA OHOMA UNAMA MAMA KARANNE MEHEMAI

1. remove newly installed programes.
2. shut down pc for a while with modam and start again obout 30 mins later
3. defregment C drive
4. remove newly downloaded files from hard drive (some times there are trojans)
5. delete cookies and temp files.
6. scan for virus
7. some times bad weather is also slow my speed SLT ADSL
