We have to understand why did they introduce FUP a year ago, because they couldn't give no more new connections with full bandwidth due to their intl bw limitations... So then there are old unlimited customers with lower speeds who fell into low priority pool and there are new customers with higher speeds and higher priority.. then whose gonna suffer? surprise, surprise as usual the older customers...... Is it ethical?.....
