He said same thing like thisඅපට TRC එකෙන් කියල තියනවා අසීමිත විදියට Download කරන කට්ටිය Monitor කරන්න කියලා.නමුත් එය මුල සිටම ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවූ නිසාත්, දැනට මෙම ප්‍රශ්නය උග්‍ර වී  ඇති නිසාත් ඔවුන් විසින් මෙම අසීමිත විදියට Download කරන Heavy Users වෙනම  pool එකකට දාලා (Dropping Band width), ඒ Users නිතරම monitor කරන්න කියලා  තියනවලු.මෙසේ සීමාවක් රහිතව Download කිරීමේදී එය අනිත් Users හට බාධාවක් වී එති බව ඔහු පැවසීය.</blockquote>
