One time I called 1212 and one of the operators told me that they can't take responsibility as we're the ones who purchased extra GB and that it's meant to be consumed within the purchased month blah blah blah ... I can't understand the whole point of bringing the unused extra GB to the next month's allocation and keeping them there till the normal allocated amount is used.
