SLT Broadband Extra GB Scam

I am using SLT Web Pro 75GB(Day)+75GB (Night) Package,
on 30th of last month I have utilized all my day time allocation, then I purchased extra 5GB From SLT Portal on 30/10/2016.


1224MB Out of that 5 GB has brought forward to this moth and that will expire on 29/11/2016 ,


I noticed today SLT has keep the extra GB bundle (which is expiring earlier) a side (1) and deducting the current usage from this moth allocation (1), which means letting the extra paid GB to evaporate without using them.


And if I wanted to use it I have to first use my this month allocation before 29/11/2016


They should deduct usage on First in first out basis …

I noticed this too. One time I called 1212 and one of the operators told me that they can't take responsibility as we're the ones who purchased extra GB and that it's meant to be consumed within the purchased month blah blah blah ...
I can't understand the whole point of bringing the unused extra GB to the next month's allocation and keeping them there till the normal allocated amount is used. That's BS

Other issue is when you purchased extra gb, there is no way you can track it. Most of the time i feel that extra purchased gbs end sooner than expected. I suspect they aren't give us the amount of gb we purchased.

Extra GB count wenne wenama uba 1 sereda oka gatte. Extra GB valid wenawa 30 days, eka mase anthimata reset wenna ne.

extra GB will not reset at the end of month, it will remain valid until the exp. date

so whats happening here is they kept extra GB aside and deduct current usage from this month allocation
what they should do is Deduct current month usage from extra GB first and then take this month allocation

අඩෝ මම අගෝස්තු මාසේ Extra 5GB ගන්න කියල එක පාරක් purchase කළා. විනාඩි 3ක් විතර බලල refresh කරලත් බැලුවට කිසිම දෙයක් පෙන්නුවේ නැහැ GB Subscrption එකේ. මන් හිතුවේ purchase වෙලා නැහැ කියලා මන් ආයේ purchase කලා. 10GB add වෙලා කියහන්කෝ. හරි නම් purchase කරපු ටිකෙන්ම පෙන්නන්න එපෙයි බන්. ඕකත් උන්ගේ මගඩියක් තමා මන් හිතන්නේ
