MECHANICS
1. Daily, 100 SLT Broadband customers stand a chance to get 2 GB additional data at no extra cost added to their active SLT Broadband accounts for the month of May 2015.
2. Interested participants will have to completely and accurately fill out the form found on the next page.
3. Once the daily slots (100 registrations) have been claimed, the registration form will automatically stop accepting registrations and in lieu of the form, interested participants will see an announcement pertaining to the date and time of the registration and the terms and guidelines.
4. SLT will have to verify all registrations prior to awarding the eligible registrants with the free 2 GB additional data.
5. Participants who are eligible for the free 2 GB additional data will receive a verification email from SLT (after 5th May 2015) confirming that the 2 GB data have been added to their account, and it should be utilized during the month of May 2015.
6. Participants who were deemed ineligible will neither receive the confirmation email nor the 2 GB additional data.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participants who are eligible for this are SLT Broadband customers who are subscribed to the following packages:Student, Entree, Web Lite, Web Starter, Web Pal, Web Family, Web Surfer, Web Pro, Web Master, Web Champ, and Web Life Package subscribers.
2. Eligible participants are only required to register ONCE. DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DEEMED FRAUDULENT AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT FROM RECEIVING THE 2 GB ADDITIONAL FREE DATA.
3. All participants shall duly complete the registration form accurately. Incomplete and inaccurately filled forms will be automatically rejected.
4. SLT Broadband customers are required to enter the correct broadband username (example: gna1111111). In the event a participant provided the wrong broadband username, his/her entry will be rejected.
5. Registrants who are entitled to the 2 GB additional free data must have an active SLT Broadband connection as part of the eligibility criteria.
6. This registrations will be held from the 30 April 2015–4 May 2015 at these times:
30 April 2015 - 08pm – 09pm
01 May 2015 - 06pm – 07pm
02 May 2015 - 12pm – 01pm
03 May 2015 - 03pm – 04pm
04 May 2015 - 05pm – 06pm
7. The 2 GB additional free data must be utilized before the 31st of May 2015.
8. The 2 GB additional free data will be shown in the monthly bill for May 2015.
9. This is a registration-based offer and the form will be available as a Google form found on the next page.
10. SLT shall be held harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
11. SLT will not be liable for any failure to credit the account of any registrant with the 2 GB additional free data due to incorrect data provided by the registrant or due to a registrant’s ineligibility.
12. SLT shall have the sole discretion to disqualify any registrant from claiming the prize.
13. SLT reserves the right, in its sole discretion with regards to the final selection of the recipients of the 2 GB additional free data.
