Abhimana, Entrée, Voice Pal, Biz Pal and Old Packages are not eligible.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><a href="https://slt.lk/broadband/packages" target="_blank">Packages entitled</a> for the data bundle as follows. - All time-based packages - All anytime packages</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Activations - Gamer Lite bundle can be activated through SLT Broadband App or SLT Broadband VAS Portal similar to purchasing ExtraGB, or calling 1212 hotline. - Gamer Premium & Streamer Premium bundles can be activated through SLT eSports Platform.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Data bundles are 30 days recurrent from the date of provisioning and will be automatically renewed until customer unsubscribe.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Upon subscription by customer, Full amount of data bundle price will be charged without prorating.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Gamer Bundles are considered as anytime data, which can be used anytime of the day.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Standard package data or bonus data will not be consumed when using the configured list of protocols.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">8. It is advisable that customer broadband package standard data should not be finished and in throttle status to use this Gaming Bundles as their might be several generic protocols used to load the initial platform which requires standard data; hence there might be initial platform loading speed issues if customer is in throttle state.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Data bundles usage may not be correctly counted due to following reasons. Considering the noted SLT cannot 100% guarantee that the customer’s usage for the specific protocols defined will be from the subscribed bundle. - Use of VPN, Proxy and Tunnels, which affect the identifying of data traffic. - Possible changes, development, improvements in Content Providers Network (related to protocols mentioned under this package) or Content Streams where it will take some time to develop platform signatures. - Moving Contents in to a different Content Provider Network by the content owners. - Embed content in some other web sites where the headers may change and therefore not possible to classify - Using browsers or programs which may modify the traffic behavior. - These Bundles are not applicable when you are using “sltgo” community Wi-Fi network.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Customers can check the bundle data usage under Data Add On tab as a bundle. It shows used data amount.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Daily usage which is shown in SLT Broadband App and SLT Broadband VAS Portal doesn’t contain the data usage of these bundles.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Gaming Bundles usages are depicted under “Protocol Wise Report” (Which includes the percentages of all traffic for the particular day) and not under “Daily Usage”.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Customers can subscribe to these bundles buy adding to bill, only postpaid option is available.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Customer can deactivate monthly recurrent “Gamer Lite” data bundle offer by login into the SLT Broadband App or SLT Broadband portal. Customer can deactivate monthly recurrent “Gamer Premium” & “Streamer Premium” data bundle offers by login into SLT eSports Platform.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">SLT shall be held harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to damage to or loss of property, arising out of misuse of data bundles and content of the platforms mentioned under this data bundle.</li> </ul></blockquote>
