A  similar problem was experienced by readers in Sri Lanka as well over the  past few days.Meanwhile SLT internet users in Colombo also complained that download  speeds had been affected over the past few days. When contacted an SLT  spokesman said that the problem had resulted from a virus attack and the  issue should be rectified soon.
