Do they actually give you 60% of advertised speed as they say? it should be nearly 5Mbps right?

25GB per month, all I get is 3.53Mb/s????????? WTF

So 3.53 is between the advertised range

The first time they activated this I got DL 9.23Mb/s UL 0.92Mb/S
buggers did something today internet was down for 20 minutes @8.10Pm

nearest exchange is just 1Km away(less than 1Km)

it depends on the distance form the access point to ur location .

make a complaint. Say that the speed dropped after their update.

then its either bad phones lines or the local exchange just cant handle the higher speeds. Either way, you're gonna have to wait till they upgrade the exchange and phone lines to get constant high speeds.
