SLT disabled ping request respond on their DNS servers. SLT ADSL Tech. Guy told me that long time ago. So no point of trying to ping SLT DNS

works fine for me.

start>control panel>Network Connections>(xxx)>right click properties>select "TCP/IP)>properties>select "Use followind dns server addreses"
and set the above values.
