So far, it is issued only for travelling purposes (you have to present a flight ticket). In my experience, requesting with the MOH is much faster than the online portal. Before they enter the details into the certificate, double-check everything as it's pretty difficult to do further changes once the smart certificate is issued.</p></blockquote><p></p>
