It's the apple silicon if you consider Macbooks.
Qualcomm’s claims that its Snapdragon X Elite is as fast as the M3 holds up. The benchmarks show that the X Elite is 19 percent faster than the M3 in multi-core performance, which is a difference that should be noticeable when doing certain high-end tasks. However, the M3 is faster in single-core testing by 12 percent, which affects everyday tasks but probably won’t have too much of a difference on performance.

Apple Silicon is just better as of now.

Some mainstream apps don't currently support Windows ARM laptops. Even CoPilot+ does not work on some of the laptops, even though ARM is fully supported.

Both Microsoft and app developers have some work to do. Of course, ARM will be the future and will give Apple good competition.

All of these comparisons are against base level M3, even official comparison from Snapdragon is against Macbook air. M3 has two more high performance variants M3 Pro and M3 Max those are lot faster than X elete, however in 2-3 years they will have chips more closer in performance, that is a win for consumers.

Exactly. But then again, Apple Sillicon will be even more advanced in 2-3 years.

But then Qualcomm also manufacture more advanced cpu in 2 -3 years?
See few years back Qualcomm manufacture some low end IC , and modem chips, but now their technology advances to compete with Apple and Intel cpus, who knows another 2 years time what sort of cpus they manufacture,

Check new AMD ai h9 (can't remember exact code) it's better than x elite with x86 support.
    Intel is fucked.

X elite will catch up to apple silicone in maybe 3 4 years. Snapdragon couldn't beat A series chips for so long, but now difference is not noticable at all. But it too more than 5 6 years. Apple arm is more established now with 4 iterations, windows arm will get the software support in quick time.
