These agents won't just write code—they'll negotiate, plan, and execute tasks 24/7, with each employee supported by 1,000 AI agents. Comparing them to a "thousand-armed goddess," Son emphasized that AI hallucinations are only a short-term issue and that the technology is evolving rapidly. With a goal to deploy one billion AI agents by the end of 2025, SoftBank is betting big on agent-based AI as the future of work—challenging the traditional need for human oversight in tech.
