Software Engineer Interview in LOLC...

Did anybody know about company call LOIT witch is the member of LOLC group? Today I had an interview for a Software Engineer in LOIT. Did anybody know about this company? And what are they offering for SE? Salary? Probation period? Additional training like that?

probation 1 year salary could be good but thing is they doing oracle forms that has low market in sri lanka .. that could be the only concern .. but recently i heard they going to start on JAVA its up to you

Yes. They said front end of the applications will be changed oracle forms to java.
Good salary means like 40K on probation?
