WSO2 recruiters were cursing Virtusa coz they made an offer of a six figure salary for the freshers from UOM CSE last year(I'm from IT Fac). However both CSE and IT people get least Rs.50k average. Never Rs.25k.One of my batch mates who was an intern at Virtusa was offered Rs.65k during 2008. So there is discrimination of course. Even at our times we got 40k-60k.
