well if u get a gud private torrent site like bitsoup and u find torrents with a high number of seeders of at least 30 (which shouldnt b hard 2 find) u can download abt 150Mb an hour.

dont need to hav lot of seeders.... sometimes i get max speed(52KB/s) with only 5-10 seeders
